These terms cover the website itself. Any project you engage us for is governed by the written quotation, proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Our services
Bizion designs and builds digital products for businesses, including custom websites, landing pages, mobile applications, digital products, graphic design and marketing support. Descriptions on this website are a general overview and do not form an offer or a contract.
Quotations and pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for reference only. The final scope, price, timeline, payment schedule and number of revisions for a project are set out in a written quotation or agreement confirmed by both parties.
Starting a conversation through the contact form, email or WhatsApp does not create an obligation for either party until a quotation or agreement has been accepted.
Using this website
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the website’s operation, for example by introducing malware or overloading it;

Projects shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are presented to illustrate our work. Their names and trademarks remain the property of those owners.
Ownership of work we create for clients is agreed in each project agreement.
